General
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Clark County, Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, and Washougal. If you are not sure whether your home is in our service area, give us a call.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. WA HVAC License CC NAROLHC750O3. Fully bonded and insured. We pull permits for installation work and coordinate inspections with the city or county.
Installation
What brands do you install and service?
We install Trane, Goodman, Mitsubishi, and Daikin systems, and we repair all major brands. We recommend equipment based on your home, budget, and comfort goals, not what earns us the most margin.
How long does a typical install take?
Most single-zone mini-split installs are done in one day. Full HVAC system replacements typically take one to two days. Multi-zone mini-splits with four or more zones can take two to three days. Ductwork projects vary based on scope.
Should I switch to a heat pump?
For many Clark County homes, yes. Heat pumps now handle Pacific Northwest winters well, provide cooling in summer, and Washington State incentives often make the net cost comparable to a gas furnace. We will run the numbers for your specific home during your free estimate.
Repair
Do you handle emergency repairs?
We do our best to provide same-day service for emergency repairs during business hours. After-hours emergency service is available on a case-by-case basis. Call us and we will tell you straight what we can do.
Maintenance
How often should I have my HVAC serviced?
Most systems should be serviced twice a year: once in spring before cooling season, once in fall before heating season. Regular maintenance catches small issues early and keeps efficiency up. Ask about our Comfort Plan for automatic scheduling.
Pricing & Financing
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Free in-home estimates for all installation projects, including mini-splits, full HVAC systems, furnaces, and ductwork. For repair work we charge a $129 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing on HVAC installations, with promotional rates available for qualified buyers. Ask about financing options during your free in-home estimate.
Warranties
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years on parts for major equipment when registered). On top of that, we provide a one-year labor warranty on our installation work. Maintenance plan members get extended labor coverage.
